These Terms of Use Agreement are for the PD Supplements. (“PD Supplements” or “we”) The website located at PDSupplements.com (“the website” or “site”) and each user (“you” or “user”) govern the use of this site. Please read this Agreement carefully before using this site. By using this website, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these Terms of Use, you may not use this Web Site. This Agreement does not apply to any transaction or relationship between the parties that is not related to the use of this website and/or the purchase and sale of merchandise through this website.
Changes to Terms of Agreement
PD Supplements may amend this Terms of Use Agreement from time to time. When we modify these Terms of Use, we will incorporate the modifications into this document and will revise the “last updated” date at the top of this web page. Modifications to these Terms of Use will automatically be effective two (2) days after they are initially posted on this Website. Please check these Terms of Use periodically for changes. Your continued use of this Website following the posting of changes to the Terms of Use constitutes acceptance of those changes.
Terms of Sale
1. PD Supplements reserves the right to revise the pricing of its products at any time and without advance notice.
2. PD Supplements reserves the right to discontinue or modify any of its products without advance notice.
3. PD Supplements is not responsible for any discounts extended by any healthcare practitioners, affiliates, or resellers, which may be modified or discontinued without involvement from PD Supplements.
4. PD Supplement’s products are shipped according to the standard methods of shipping in place at the time.
5. All purchases of items on this Service are made pursuant to a shipment contract. The risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier or shipper of such items. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
6. The receipt of an order number or an email order confirmation does not constitute the acceptance of an order, or a confirmation of an offer to sell. We reserve the right, without prior notification to you, to limit the order quantity on any item and/or to refuse service to any customer. Verification of information may be required prior to the acceptance of an order. Prices and availability of products on this Service are subject to change without notice. Errors will be corrected when discovered, and we reserve the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any error, inaccuracy, or omission (including after an order has been submitted). Certain orders may constitute improper use of this Service. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Your account may also be restricted or terminated for any reason, at our sole discretion. Items purchased pursuant to a quantity discount may be re-priced upon cancellation.
7. If a PD Supplements product is received in damaged condition, then it should be reported promptly to PD Supplements’ Customer Service Department.
8. If a discrepancy exists between the quantity or items ordered and the quantity or items received, then PD Supplements should be notified within seven business days of receipt of the shipment.
9. If a Professional-Customer places an order online and then subsequently refuses to accept delivery of the order for reasons that are attributable to the Professional-Customer's error, then the Professional Customer can be assessed a restocking fee and the shipping charges.
10. Product returns should be pre-approved by PD Supplements and received within 10 business days of authorization of the return. Please call PD Supplements’ Customer Service Department and speak with the Returns Agent for information about returning product.
11. A Return Authorization is required for a product return. The Return Authorization form should be visible on the outside of the shipping box or on the mailing label. PD Supplements can refuse to accept a returned product if the Return Authorization form is not visible.
12. PD Supplements must receive a returned product before an in-house credit can be issued.
13. There is a processing fee on returned products. The Professional-Customer is responsible for shipping costs on returned products unless shipping costs are waived when the Return Authorization is approved.
14. You may be asked to supply certain information relevant to a transaction, including, without limitation, information about your method of payment (such as your payment card number and expiration date), your billing address, and your shipping information. Any payment information entered on this Service is sent to our third-party payment processor and not to us. By placing an order on this Site, you hereby authorize and agree that your payment information will be sent to the payment processor and not to us and may be subject to additional terms of the payment processor. YOU REPRESENT AND WARRANT THAT YOU HAVE THE LEGAL RIGHT TO USE ANY CREDIT CARD(S) OR OTHER PAYMENT METHOD(S) UTILIZED IN CONNECTION WITH ANY TRANSACTION CONDUCTED ON THIS SERVICE, WHETHER PAYING IN YOUR INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY OR ON BEHALF OF AN ORGANIZATION.
15. These Terms of Sale can be revised at any time.

To protect Professional-Customers and PD Supplements from legal liability due to the regulatory requirements of the U.S. Food and Drug Administration and the U.S. Federal Trade Commission regarding disease claims associated with nutritional supplement products, and products sold by PD Supplements cannot be displayed or mentioned within two clicks of any disease claim. PD Supplements will periodically review a Professional-Customer's website and reserves the right to demand that the Professional-Customer make changes to its website regarding any disease claim regarding a product offered by PD Supplements, even if PD Supplements has previously approved or accepted the Professional-Customer's website or the material displayed thereon. PD Supplements reserves the right to demand a Professional-Customer make changes to its website to the extent a Professional-Customer is making statements about products offered by PD Supplements in any manner that would violate regulations implemented by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration, the U.S. Federal Trade Commission, or the regulations implemented by any other federal or state agency.
